IT Protocols During Transition

Please be aware that our IT staff is working remotely. I recognize that there may be a higher volume of IT issues currently, but they assure me that they can effectively addressed with remote assistance. Should there be a major issue, one member of the IT team will come into the Faculty.

If you require IT assistance at this time, the process is as follows:

  1. Email with details on what your issue is
  2. Your Dept. IT person will initiate remote assistance and fix the issue
