Celebrate Earth Day 2022 With a Forest Walk
When: April 22, 2022, at 12pm
Where: Reconciliation Pole – 2373-2425 Main Mall
UBC Forestry encourages everyone on campus to join us for a Forest Walk (rain or shine) to celebrate Earth Day happening Friday, April 22, 2022.
We will meet at noon that day at the Reconciliation Pole and head over to Pacific Spirit Park. The walk should take approximately 1.5 hours.
No RSVP is required.
Cool ‘Hood Champs Earth Day Special Tree-Planting
When: April 23, 2022, at 10am – 2pm (PDT)
Where: Everett Crowley Park – 8200 Kerr Street
UBC Forestry’s Collaborative for Advanced Landscape Planning (CALP) and Centre for Community Engaged Learning invite you to take part in this special community networking event. Be ready to plant trees with your Champs community and enjoy refreshments, live music and other interactive activities.
