Transitioning into university can be intimidating – but Land One is here to help!
Land One is a first-year program for students in both the Faculty of Forestry and the Faculty of Land and Food Systems that offers a community-based classroom environment and experiential learning opportunities.
Land One students attend some of the core first-year courses together and have a more personalized connection with instructors. Students generally have access to a designated study space, creating a smaller social and learning community, and learning through group work, field trips and various hands-on activities.
If you’re looking for an immersive experience and the opportunity to learn in a smaller cohort, join the Land One team and previous Land One students on May 10, 2023 at 4 PM (PT) to learn more.
