
Student Chat and Chill
When: Every Monday starting January 10, 2022, 12pm – 1pm

Please join Nicole Adoranti, embedded Counsellor, for an hour devoted to connecting with others in these uncertain times and learn some simple practices to relax the body, focus the mind, and prepare for the term ahead.
In the first half of Chat & Chill, we will chat about anything stressful or concerning right now. In particular, we will focus on supportive discussions about the effects of the pandemic, anxiety about the future, concerns about the upcoming semester, for example. Finally, in the last half of Chat & Chill, Nicole will offer simple practices to relax the body and the mind. This could include breathing practices, stretches to combat “tech neck,” visualizations, etc.
You will need a private, confidential space for the entire hour with either a yoga mat or a towel to spread out on the floor.
All participants who attend will have the chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card!
