They are also encouraged to consider the Co-op program where doors are opened to diverse and exciting career opportunities, and they would be able to connect with leaders in the sector.
Students have opportunities to get involved with many innovative projects undertaken by the Centre for Advanced Wood Processing. Examples include design sets for the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic venues in Vancouver and Whistler, 23 distinctive wooden medal ceremony podia as well as 84 medal trays for the 2010 Olympics and Paralympic Games.

Dual Degree Option
Earn a Bachelor of Science in Forest Sciences and Bachelor of Education (Secondary Biological Sciences) in 5 years, or a Bachelor of Science in Forest Sciences and a Master of Management in 4.5 years with the Forestry Dual Degree program.
