Canfor – Prince George, BC
My eight-month co-op work term at Canfor Prince George Sawmill has come to an end. During this period, I have gained various skills and experiences in a real business world. I worked in both sawmill and planer with the help from my Quality Control supervisors and many others. I also attended a number of meetings where people from different departments discussed operational challenges in order to find and implement continuous improvement approaches to meet the challenges. I must thank everyone for providing valuable training and help in both of my occupational and personal development.
