During my Co-op term at Evans Lake Forestry Education Society so far, I have been hosting rental groups, developing Eco Fun lesson plans for the upcoming summer camp, and teaching other staff members how to deliver the Eco Fun programming I have been working on.  Every day goes by so fast and there is always something exciting to do. Getting to host rental groups by myself on site was an amazing learning experience for me. In particular, I learned how to effectively run various activities such as rock climbing, paddleboarding, survival skills, archery, etc., and maintain a schedule and organization with a large group.  To me, co-op means sharing experiences and skills. I have been learning more about the forest around me and how to share that knowledge with groups through fun activities. I am also learning so many transferable skills that will help me move forward in my career aspirations
