Vegetation Management Co-op Student at BC Hydro in Burnaby, BC
This is my second work term with BC Hydro with the Vegetation Management Team in Integrated Planning. I have been working on revising the Hazard Tree Program Standard which includes combining existing documents, adding wildfire risk consideration to work practices, and updating terminology. I was also responsible for inputting all the Daily Operations Records for herbicide applications that took place in 2020, and have been assisting with some internal auditing. Through Co-op, I have had a chance to see the huge variety of careers that are available even within a single company.
