IMPORTANT: Once the Micro-Certificate programs reach the start date, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Policy

If you would like to withdraw from a micro-certificate, including the courses that are part of these programs, please submit written notice via email at least seven business days before your program/course starts (if you register for a full program, please refer to the start date of the first course in the program). A 20% admin fee will be applied to the withdrawal and refund.

Important information regarding the StrongerBC future skills grant

Individuals eligible for the StrongerBC future skills grant can now apply for funding via the Future Skills Grant Management System. Please note you must use your BC Services Card to log into the system, create your profile, and submit your application.

IMPORTANT: Funding is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note you do not need to register in the Micro-Certificates or pay any registration fees in advance to submit your grant application. You may directly submit the FSG application, and if your application is approved, we will contact you with instructions for registration on our online learning platform.
