Logan Leduc is an expert in Life-Cycle Analysis (LCA) of fuel systems in the Canadian fuels markets and has extensive experience evaluating and implementing carbon intensity (CI) applications, low-carbon fuel regulations, and land use and biodiversity criteria. As Senior Manager, Canadian Programs with Targray, Logan has performed LCA of low-carbon fuels with an emphasis on renewable natural gas in support of credit trading operations. On a technical level, he has worked with industrial processes, CI determinations and modeling, LCAs, and other areas related to renewable energy. With Environment and Climate Change Canada, he was instrumental in developing and publishing Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations (CFR), a key sector driver towards 2030 emissions-reduction goals.
