I also gather and document user feedback for analysis. Currently, we are in discussions and collaboration with Dr. Hung, a professor specializing in healthcare robotics at UBC. We are exploring ways to advance business automation through research and in-depth conversations, aiming to achieve goals such as energy saving and service automation.
