The Forestry Graduate Student Association (FGSA) represents all graduate students enrolled in the Faculty of Forestry & Environmental Stewardship and the University of British Columbia. All Forestry graduate students are automatically members of the FGSA. We are a diverse group of students from all around the world that have been brought together by our love of forests. We strive to foster a sense of community within the Faculty through the following activities:
- Organising social events for graduate students
- Representing forestry graduate students at the Faculty-level and in other campus organisations (i.e.: the Graduate Student Society and the Faculty of Graduate Studies)
- Supporting graduate students who strive to build connections within the greater academic and professional forestry community
