The Award aims to support students whose studies focus on issues related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, such as sustainable forest management practices, wildfire prevention and carbon capture.

UBC Grad Students to Study Climate Change in Mission Municipal Forest
Graduate students from the Faculty of Forestry & Environmental Stewardship at UBC will soon study climate change and sustainability in the Mission Municipal Forest as part of a new partnership agreement between the City of Mission and the university.
